As you look around the store you will find that our pieces are made with only the best materials. Some are traditional as far as jewelry goes, (gold-fill chains, beads, gemstones) and some are more experimental, (feathers, studs, antique sequins).

We believe that the whole experience of purchasing and owning jewelry should be both special and perfect. This is why we have designed everything from the packaging, to the tags on the jewelry. We thought about more than how fabulous you will look in these pieces, but how comfortable they feel. This is jewelry to be noticed in, and to treasure for a very, very long time.

Payment

For payment we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Shipping & Handling

You should expect your jewelry to ship within 10 days of your order. This allows time for the jewelry to be produced. Depending on the piece it may take much less time. If for some reason it will take longer, we will notify you immediately. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which takes about 2-3 days for most U.S. locations. To make things easy, shipping is always a low rate of $6.95. We are also glad to offer international shipping for $14.50.

Wholesale

We offer wholesale orders to retailers, as well as individual custom orders based off of the designs you see here. For more information please e-mail info@goldandcitrus.com.

Gold & Citrus strives to give you the best prices possible for our products. We cannot guarantee you that the prices on GoldandCitrus.com will be the same as any store that carries Gold & Citrus products. We also reserve the right to fluctuate the prices as we need to. This includes if we have a sale or have a product that is Limited Edition.

Colors

Gold & Citrus has done everything that we can to give you the best representation of what the product you buy looks like. Some of the colors may vary slightly due to lighting or your computer monitor settings, but we can assure you that the products are of the highest quality and are as accurately portrayed as possible.

Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies

Occasionally, there may be some typographical errors on GoldandCitrus.com. We will try our best to not have this problem, but occasionally, a mistake slips through. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice – this may include after you have placed in order. If this were to happen, we would contact you immediately to explain our actions. Please see our return policy if you would like to return your product.

Typographical Errors

At Gold & Citrus, we will do the very best to represent our prices to you accurately. In the case that we do have a pricing error, then we may cancel or change the price of your order at anytime. If we do have this problem, we will always let you know and give you the option to cancel or return your purchase free of charge.
