Returns & Repairs

First things first, we at Gold & Citrus want you to be happy. So if your jewelry arrives and you realize the color is not quite the same as you thought, or it’s just a little too long to go with that perfect dress, you may return it for store credit. We will promptly send you an e-mail of your credit once your return has been received, and deemed to be in an unworn condition. The next time you make a purchase with us, we will subtract your credit from the bill before the payment has gone through. The return shipping will be on you. If a return is necessary, please do so within 7 days of its arrival to your home.

Repair Policy
We're happy to repair any design purchased through Gold & Citrus. If you purchased your jewelry through another retailer, please have your jewelry repaired through them. Email info@goldandcitrus.com to begin the repair process.

If you have purchased your item less than one year ago, we will gladly repair your jewelry for free. If it was more than one year, it is subject to a repair fee depending on the nature of the repair.
